At the membership assembly it was proud that the association generated an impressive plus of 5.42 million euros after taxes in financial year 23/24. This comes after a total turnover of a whopping 61.95 million euros from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.

At the top, the association's president announced Rüdiger Fritsch: "The messed up Bundesliga season was dealt with self-critically, but did not affect our club in its foundations. SV Darmstadt 98 is established in professional football and is on a good foundation." Despite the relegation, the lilies shine and look optimistically into the future. In addition, an important decision was made in this meeting: the Board of Directors receives extended skills in order to set the course for sporting success. The second division team must now obtain the consent of the committee for previously defined processes.
