Kreis Borken, Deutschland - A ray of hope for people in need of care in the Borken district! On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, a free online lecture will take place from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., which deals with the urgently needed care and relief services. Persons in need of care and their relatives can receive up to 125 euros a month from long -term care insurance - but many do not know that they are entitled to this support! Lena Schlamann, social planner of the district of Borken, will clarify in this lecture on how these services can be requested and what requirements apply to neighborhood aid.
The situation is alarming: over 22,000 people in need of care in the Borken district are dependent on help, but there is a lack of commercial providers who offer this support. Neighborhood aid offers a valuable alternative by being able to take active in friends, acquaintances and neighbors to help those affected in everyday life. These committed helpers can even receive an allowance from the relief amount!
