Touching climate protection: Mobile exhibition opened in Beuel!

The mobile exhibition on the Bonn climate plan has found its new location in the bread factory in Beuel! From Tuesday, November 19, 2024, visitors can admire the fascinating wooden modules that present the seven fields of action in the climateplate: governance, society, economy, mobility, energy, building and compensation. This interactive exhibition invites you to discover climate protection in Bonn in a playful way - with turntables, flaps and even a listening station!

The exhibition will be shown in the foyer of the bread factory until January 6, 2025, whereby the opening times are based on the program of the bread factory. After this time, the exhibition will tour other places in Bonn, including the Opera House, Galeria in the Bonn Center, the House of Nature on the Venusberg and the Beuel town hall. This ensures that as many people as possible can experience the important content of the climateplate.

This exhibition is not only a feast for the eyes, but also a central part of the communication strategy of the Bonn climate plaque 2035. The city council decided this ambitious plan in March 2023 to get Bonn on the way to climate neutrality. The climate plan defines clear goals and development paths until 2035 and contains a work program for the city administration, which is continuously continued.
