A criminal network that caused Duisburg and Rheinberg in fear and terror was smashed by the police this morning! After months of break -ins, which primarily targeted food discounters, the police identified 17 suspects between the ages of 14 and 20. The gang is said to be responsible for around 50 burglaries, in which tobacco products were targeted. The investigation by the Duisburg police and the Wesel district police led to a dramatic effort that is now freed the streets!

In a large -scale campaign, the investigators searched several apartments, whereby they could fall back on the support of special forces from Bochum. The result? Six arrests! Five of those arrested already had arrest warrants on their neck, and another suspect will soon have to expect an arrest warrant. The young people and adolescents are still shown to the judge today. It is decided during the day whether they come behind grids - the tension increases!
