An exciting change is in the Veerßen district of Uelzen! The flower center, a popular starting point for flower lovers, has a new owner: Christian and Melanie Hoppe sold their business to the dynamic couple Raphael and Parasca Benson. In February 2025, the flower center will move to a new location in Von-Estorff-Straße, just a few hundred meters from the old location. The entire workforce is taken over, and the best: All vouchers remain valid! "The joy is great that our specialty shop continues," emphasizes Christian Hoppe.

The hoppes have big plans: they will tear down the old greenhouses to make room for 29 new residential units. "The plans had been in the drawer for a long time and are coordinated with the authorities," explains Hoppe. The decision to sell the flower center was not easy, but the capacity limits were reached. "Tears have also flowed, but the joy predominates," added Melanie. In the future, the couple will concentrate on their company "Office Plants", which specializes in greening in the interior.

new location, new possibilities

The Bensons are enthusiastic about their new project. Construction for the new greenhouses on Von-Estorff-Straße have already started. With a sales and production area of 3000 square meters and spacious parking spaces, the new location will be a real customer magnet. "We are close to the Stern residential area and on the B71, which will attract our customers," says Raphael Benson. In addition, the new owners are planning to expand the range and services in the garden area.

"We all knew what we wanted," says Benson, who is sure that Hoppe's company gets a real chance. The cooperation between the old and new owners is characterized by trust. "You don't find young people with the best qualifications who want to take responsibility every day," explains Christian Hoppe. The Bensons will also move the "Blumen Box 24/7" to the new location and will remain present at the Uelzen Vitalmarkt. A new section for the flower center begins!
