Change at yellow tons: RMG takes over from 2025 in Schaumburg!

In the district of Schaumburg there is a dramatic change in waste disposal! From 2025, RMG Rohstoffmanagement GmbH takes responsibility for the emptying of the yellow tons and thus replaces the previous waste disposal company. This change is accompanied by a comprehensive barrel exchange that comes into force at the turn of the year. Remondis will pick up the old tons in January 2025 because they are no longer responsible. By the end of 2024, RMG is equipping all households with new yellow tons!

New waste management soon on site

The list of the new tons begins in the 46th calendar week, with rinteln at the top. Obernkirchen will follow in the 47th week, while Bückeburg in the 50th and Stadthagen is coming in the 51st week. Interested citizens can view the exact dates on the website of the Schaumburg (AWS) waste management. This preliminary overview is updated regularly, so open eyes!

Attention: The first emptying of the new yellow tons will only take place in January 2025! RMG urgently warns not to provide the new tons to the last removal dates in December 2024, as they are not emptied on these days. The old tons are emptied in the waste calendar for 2024 until the last pick -up date before Remondis picks them up.
