Scandal in Bad Nenndorf: Ex-kitchen employee in court for rape!

Bad Nenndorf. A shocking case shakes up: A 68-year-old former kitchen employee stands before the district court in Bückeburg, accused, accused in February 2020 to have raped a pensioner in a supervised residential facility. The defendant, who vehemently uses the allegations and makes use of his silence, is said to have become twice attacked on a single day.

The public prosecutor, represented by Jonathan Soergel, describes the cruel deeds: on the first attack, the man is said to have kissed the 67-year-old in her apartment and touched under her clothing. But the horror didn't stop here! In the afternoon, a second visit followed, in which he kissed the woman against her will and finally entered her with a finger - a clear case of rape that exploses the limits of the tolerable.

Victim.

The 67-year-old describes the shattering experiences in a two-hour video that was shown during the process. "He kissed me and grasped my chest. I couldn't defend myself against it," she reports in a trembling voice. The descriptions are heartbreaking: "Please do not, I said," she adds, while the indictment underlines the severity of the deeds.

The defense, on the other hand, sees the video interrogation a "prime example of the danger of suggestion". Ralf Jordan, the accused's lawyer, criticizes the judge's procedure, which in his opinion gives the impression that something must have happened. The alleged victim will appear as a co -plaintiff in the trial and receives support from the Lower Saxony Foundation for victim aid. The process continues with a total of five days of negotiations and the judgment is to be announced at the end of November.
