Bad grades for train stations: Haffkrug falls through, where are the improvements?

The quality control of 183 train stations in Schleswig-Holstein has delivered sobering results. The train station in Haffkrug, which was rated with the worst grade of 4.3, is particularly striking. Of a total of 15 train stations in the district of Ostholstein, only three achieved an evaluation of "good", while the others, including the train stations in Oldenburg, Eutin, Neustadt, Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand, only section with "sufficient".

The quality control looked at several aspects, including waiting comfort, passenger information, cleanliness and maintenance. The train station in Haffkrug in particular had many defects, such as a dirty waiting house and inadequate service quality.
