Dömitz, Deutschland - The Samtgemeinde Elbtalaue is faced with considerable financial consequences by a procedural error in the planning of the Dömitz railway bridge. Mayor Jürgen Meyer, independent, informed that an incorrectly set checkered led to the fact that the cheaper offer to prepare the historical bridge, which is to be equipped with a viewing platform, was not taken into account. The Samtgemeinde has currently filed a lawsuit at the Lüneburg Administrative Court, due to the procedural error. The reason for the lawsuit is to be presented by the end of January.
