Orlando, Estados Unidos - The anticipation is huge! On November 25th, 5 & 2 studios announced that the fifth season of the sensational series "The Chosen" is coming to cinemas! "The Chosen: La última cena" is brought to the big screen during Lent, in the weeks before Easter.

This season, which focuses on the dramatic events of the Holy Week, is presented in a unique cinema event. The episodes are published in three parts over a period of four weeks. The first part with episodes 1 and 2 starts on March 27th. The second wave with episodes 3, 4 and 5 follows, followed by the third wave with the episodes 6, 7 and 8. From April 10th, "The Chosen: La última Cena" will also be seen worldwide in over 40 countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Germany and India!

A look at the gripping moments

The newly released trailer promises goosebumps moments! He begins with an impressive view of Jesus and his disciples during the last sacrament and shows other emotional scenes, including the triumphal entry of Jesus in Jerusalem and the dramatic temple cleaning. The anticipation for the season is obvious and the fans are excited to see how the story will continue.

Dallas Jenkins, the creator and director of the series, describes the fifth season as emotionally challenging: "There will be sad and heartbreaking moments while we approach the crucifixion." Ryan Swanson, one of the screenwriters, promises that this season will feel like a completely different series. Luke Dimyan, who plays Judas Iskariot, emphasizes that production is on a new level: "We have given everything and the audience will see the difference!"
