The "Ochsen" in Neuhausen OB Eck gets an exciting new tenant! Svitlana Smolyak, the dynamic restaurateur with Ukrainian roots, will take command in the historical restaurant from February 2025. With her vision of taking guests on a culinary journey through time, she brings a fresh air and diverse Swabian specialties to the menu. She has been heading the "Golden Fox" restaurant in Worndorf since 2022, which received the chic nickname "Golden Fox" from her friends.

grew up in Ukraine and with stations in Greece and Germany, Smolyak has an impressive career as a cook and confectioner. "We have been looking for something for a long time that we can buy," she ponderes the upcoming changes. Supported by her family, she has fulfilled the dream of her own restaurant and is now planning great things for the "ox". Your first step? Bring traditional Swabian cuisine back to life!
