Breeding breeding in Lüerdissen: championship title and Miss Weserbergland!
Lüerdissen. A spectacular event took place: The breed breeding association Eschershausen (RGVZ) celebrated 64. ITH-Hilschau in the village community center and presented the best breeders and their magnificent animals! Among the radiant winners are Albin and Bastian Borchers who won the title of the club champion with their German dwarf Wyandotten. But the highlight of the show was the mix hen of the young breeder Levi fire bar from Eimen, which took the coveted title "Miss Weserbergland" home!
The event was a real festival of poultry farming, even if there was a small drop of bitterness: nobody appeared at the opening of the almost 20 members of the honorary committee. Exhibition manager Roger Adam took the opportunity to thank the many helpers who made this impressive show possible. Mayor Barbara Küster, who supported the event, received the chicken order of the RGVZ and praised the breeding achievements of the exhibitors. Their disappointment about the disinterest of the local representatives was clearly noticeable.
