Kreis Holzminden. An exciting football day in the district league! The top teams SV 06 Holzminden and SCM Bodenwerder celebrate brilliant home wins and remain in the title race! While four other games were canceled because of the poor space, the two teams showed what they could do on it.

SV 06 Holzminden-TSV Kirchbrak 2: 1 (0: 1) . A gripping duel! Despite an early tour of Kirchbrak by Waldemar Koter (25th minute), the home side could not be discouraged. Coach Sören Eilers praised the second half: "We were dominant!" After a controversial penalty, Noah Buske converted to equalize in the 54th minute. And then, the decisive goal! Mats Lindner grabbed the rebound and scored in the 71st minute to 2-1. "The victory is okay, we were the better team," said Eilers after the game.

A victory despite adversity! SCM trainer Alessandro Startari had to do without some regular players, but the team performed strongly. After a tough start, in which many passes did not arrive, Francesco Startari took care of the lead in added time in the first half. Just a minute later, the team shone with a great combination, which was completed by Sertac Sahbaz to 2-0. In the second round, Sahbaz made the 3-0 (72nd) before Magnus Hille shortened in the 89th minute for Sollingtor. "We are disappointed, but it goes in the right direction," summed up player coach Fabian Pleier-Helm.
