Carnival start in Lauenförde: Fools conquer the red town hall!

Lauenförde, Deutschland - on the "Elfen in the Elfen" at 11:11 a.m. the carnival magic in the Höxter and Holzminden districts returned with a bang! The “Carnevalsvirus” has the fools firmly under control, despite the pouring rain! In Lauenförde, the members of the Weserbrücke Carnevalsverein conquered the Red Rathaus (CVWB), and without the traditional fights! Mayor Tino Wenkel handed over the key after an exciting game, in which the fools filled the glasses with ping pong balls. Once again, the Schüttenhoff battalion of the Lauenförde shooting club from 1882 e.V.

The celebrations continue! On the same day, the proclamation of the new prince couples on the marketplace in Beverungen is on the program at 5:11 p.m. The anticipation is tangible because the new totalities are eagerly awaited! It is also celebrated in Steinheim: The Steinheim Carnival Society (STKG) opens its session on November 11th at 6:11 p.m. in the Carnival Hall. In Brakel-Radau, a karaoke night and the opening of the session will continue on November 15 at 8:11 p.m. in the old inn Tegetmeier. But it doesn't run smoothly everywhere: the Huxaria witches in Höxter had to cancel their celebrations due to the weekday, which the "Oberhexe" Simone Kube regretted.

A very special highlight is imminent in Warburg-Ossendorf! On November 15th, the Carnival Society Rot-Weiss Ossendorf will again proclaim a couple of carnival prince after 60 years. Willi and Verena Thonemann, real carnivalists, will revive the tradition in the anniversary year 2025! And it is also celebrated in Nieheim: On November 16, the “Olle Meh” carnival club starts the session with a colorful program. The town hall becomes the scene for singing and dance, while the Carnival Society Rot-Weiße-Garde Bad Driburg on November 11th. invite to the session opening. The fifth season is in full swing!
