The campaign, carried out by the fan project at the Horse Tower e.V., had the goal of supporting small patients in the Hannover Medical School (MHH) and in the children's hospital on the Bult. Around 500 plush bears provided by the new press Hannover were collected for this purpose.

The teddys were thrown onto the ice after the first goal of the Hannover Indians, with the game becoming a very special event for those present. Due to stricter hygienic requirements, however, only new, unused cuddly toys may be donated.
