New property tax: Bad Münder and the surrounding area have to pay that much!
Bad Münder/District -A decisive year is imminent! From January 1, 2025, landowners and tenants will have to adapt to new property tax amounts. The first information is already in circulation after the tax office has sent the new property tax measurements. But the big questions remain: How much property tax is actually due? The pressure on the municipalities is growing, because many citizens are eagerly awaiting the decisive lifting rates of their cities and municipalities.
The lifting rates are not just numbers - they are the key to the property tax amounts that will be paid in the next few years. These percentages multiply by the measurement amount that the tax office sets. In the reform, the new lifting rates should be calculated in such a way that the property tax revenue remains the same. The city administration of Hameln has undertaken to meet this requirement, while some other municipalities have increased the lifting rates in advance.
Current lifting rates for 2024
Here are the decisive lifting rates for property tax B in 2024, which must be observed:
- Aerzen: 538: 168
- Bad Münder: 450: 0: 40
- Hameln: 600: 0: 50
- Bad Pyrmont: 430: 70
- Emmerthal: 460: 60: 100
The city of Bad Münder plans to present the new lifting rates to the politicians on November 28, before the final decision will be taken on December 12th. After the new property tax comes into force, the city will begin sending the notices. The tension increases - will the citizens have to pay more or less in the end? Only time will show it!
