Bad Bentheim is looking for the best environmental project 2024 - now vote!

Bad Bentheim, Deutschland - It will be exciting in Bad Bentheim! Six outstanding projects are fighting for the coveted Bentheim environmental award 2024. In this fifth round, the focus is not only on environmental projects, but also innovative sustainable initiatives that are based on the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations. These goals aim to improve the handling of nature and to promote more justice between people.

From Monday, December 2, interested parties can discover and inspire the various projects on the website of the Bad Bentheim (EBB) energy supply. From January 6 to 12, 2025, citizens have the opportunity to coordinate their favorite project every day. But that's not all! The decision about the winner is not only made by public coordination. An independent jury of three experts will also evaluate the projects, so that both the jury and the votes to the public make 50 percent of the result.

The grand finale will take place on Tuesday, January 28th, in the forum of the Bad Bentheim primary school. Each of the innovative projects is rewarded! The first place will receive a proud 400 euros, the second place 200 euros and the third place 100 euros. But places four to six do not go away empty -handed and each get 50 euros. Who will take home the award for the best environmental project 2024? The tension increases!
