50-year-old from Göttingen: Three years in prison for drugs and weapons!

A 50-year-old man from Göttingen, who is already a criminal record, was sentenced to a prison sentence of three years. He had illegally traded drugs, including a cannabis plantation, and also had a semi-automatic weapon. According to the Göttinger Tageblatt placed the police in a house that he had used to cultivate cannabis, around 1,725 plants that were about to flower.

The investigation showed that the accused operated the plantation in the house of his son in Katlenburg-Lindau, using three Albanian accomplices. These were also arrested and have already received suspended sentences. The police estimated the financial effort for the equipment of the plantation at around 100,000 euros. During the search of his apartment, the officials also found ready -to -sell cocaine and an illegal firearm that was identified as stolen.

In another procedure, two other men were sentenced to several years. A 35-year-old main defendant received five years and two months in prison, while his 39-year-old accomplice received four years in prison. Both had sold marijuana in no small amount. The police had caught the two on a procurement trip to Frankfurt, where they acquired around ten kilos of marijuana for around 40,000 euros. In addition, the forces found 142 marijuana plants and cocaine in an apartment of the 35-year-old, which indicates well-thought-out drug production, as the HNA reported.
