Wolf itself sees the museum as a great award and honor. But the crime thriller tradition in East Frisia goes far back, long before his own works stormed the bestseller lists. The new exhibition also tells the history of this literary development. Wolf remembers the author Hansjörg Martin (1920-1999), who with his thriller "dangerous curiosity" paved the way for the genre.
