Puppet play group Brinkum: Magical performances for young and old!

The puppetry group of the Brinkumer Mehr-Generations-Haus (MGH) stands in the starting blocks for an exciting event! On Sunday, November 17th, at 3 p.m., two stirring pieces for children from the age of four will be listed: "The magician Zwackelmann" and "The Suit Die". These performances promise an unforgettable experience for the little viewers!

The group, which has been active again since 2019, has reorganized after the Corona break. Ute Gräf, a member of the group, reports on the current rehearsals and the cohesion of the five -member group, which also includes Hermann Siemer, Christine Gronau, Dieter Stahl and technology expert Uwe Hackmann. Despite minor challenges when recruiting new members, the group remains optimistic and always searches for new colleagues.

Two exciting pieces

The two 20 minutes long hand puppet theater pieces are specially designed for young children. Christine Gronau welcomes the spectators with the stelzvogel, followed by the adventure of the magician Petrosilius Zwackelmann, who tries to enchant the Kasper. After a short break, the second piece follows, "The suitcase thief", in which the grandmother is stolen the suitcase with Christmas gifts. The group continuously works on the adaptation of the pieces to ensure that they remain up to date and entertaining.

The rehearsals take place on Mondays in Haus Lohmann at Bremer Strasse 29 in Brinkum, where the group can work in a trouble -free environment. The response to previous performances was overwhelmingly positive and the children were enthusiastic. Admission to the performances on November 17 is only four euros.
