In the night of Wednesday, November 6, 2024 to Thursday, November 7, 2024, a mysterious break -in occurred in a family home on Amrumstrasse. Unknown perpetrators crept on the property and penetrated the apartment. So far, the extent of the theft is unclear! The police in Cloppenburg are asking the population to help. Traffic accident with injuries!

A serious traffic accident took place on Thursday morning, November 7, 2024, around 7:35 a.m. A 22-year-old driver from Garrel lost control of his vehicle in the curve on the Heideweg. He collided head-on with a car from a 57-year-old man from Garrel! In a dramatic turning point, a 19-year-old driver from Bösel could no longer avoid and also crashed into the accident vehicles. Both men were slightly injured and had to be brought to nearby hospitals! The property damage is estimated at around 23,500 euros - an expensive fun!
