The investor explained that delays from his statics office were created, which prevented him from submitting the necessary documents in good time. "We are already in discussions with new office companies to clarify the formalities," said Gerstmeier. Mayor Rolf Claussen was still optimistic and wishes for the property of gastronomic companies with an outdoor area.

A new beginning in the real estate industry

While Gerstmeier holds his construction plans, there are also positive news from Warsingsfehn: he took over the renowned real estate office Ulferts, in which he once completed his training. "Everything went well," says the 31-year-old. The takeover is a return to his roots for Gerstmeier and enables him to expand his field of activity. Gerhard and Agnes Ulferts, who have run the office for over 39 years, sees a suitable successor in Gerstmeier. "We found a good successor," said the Ulferts.

In the meantime, the company's orientation remains the same and the name Ulferts Immobilien is preserved. The portfolio continues to include the entire spectrum of real estate evaluation, rental and administration. Gerstmeier's awareness in the region and his experience in the industry will help to expand the customer base. "Our two companies will cooperate in the future so that customers in Moormerland can also benefit from our services offered in Aurich," explains Gerstmeier.

These developments hope for a dynamic future in the real estate sector in both Wittmund and Warsingsfehn. The blueprints and the takeover of the brokerage office show that the region continues to be invested and developed.
