The Tanger Speelköppel, who have conquered the stages of the region since 1987, stand in the starting blocks for their highly expected premiere of the Low German three-act "Up Office Ways" by Heinz-Jürgen Köhler. The rehearsals have already started and the actors dive deep into their roles to inspire the audience with a lively comedy. On Saturday, January 25th, at 8 p.m.

A look behind the scenes

The rehearsals are in full swing, even if the actors are currently still busy reading the piece. The stage design is already being built up on the upper floor, while the actual stage on the ground floor can only be used later. The preparations are in full swing, and the anticipation for the first appearances is tangible. After the premiere, a total of 13 other performances are on the program, all of which take place in the village community center Tange. The performances are planned for Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and on several Sundays at 2:30 p.m.

A special highlight: coffee, tea and cake are included in the entrance fee for the Sunday performances! The responsible people emphasize that the entire visitor area is barrier -free, which makes the performances accessible to everyone.

The focus of the turbulent action is Mayor Karl-Georg König, who secretly uses public funds for the extravagant life of his wife Helene. He receives support from official assistant Willi Fuchs, who is unintentionally involved in the machinations. But when the auditor Günther appears thoroughly, everything gets staggered! The actors promise a lot of laughs and a good mood - a real highlight for all theater lovers!
