The former Greek restaurant, which catered for over 350 years, was empty for a while until the Musu couple took the chance to realize their dream here. "I lacked a trendy café in Rutesheim," said Michelle, who quickly agreed with her husband with the owner of the building. The conversion is already in full swing, and the interior will shine in an elegant mix of Parisian chic and Italian lightness. "We want to create a new meeting point where people feel comfortable," she adds.
