Mayor Jan Rothenbacher took part in the 21st nationwide reading day and enthusiastic third graders of the Edith Stein School in the city library with his reading art. "Reading is something really wonderful for me. Since I can read, books fascinated me," said Rothenbacher before immersing it into the exciting world of reading. His message was clear: reading promotes imagination and is a profit for the future of the children!

On the top floor of the city library, the town hall boss made it comfortable and read from the captivating book "Crazy Familiy - Schnap the Hackbarts!" by Markus Orths. The children were enthusiastic about the funny family history, which continued with the second volume of the HackBarts. Laughing and amazement were guaranteed when Rothenbacher gave way to the exciting adventures of the HackeBarts.
