Wismar: Wedding thieves fail due to worthless patterns!

Wismar, Deutschland - Wismar. A crazy theft has caused the minds in Wismar! A group of five criminal individuals was prepared to deprive the watchmaker business heavily on Krämerstrasse. While three members of the gang distracted the employees with questions about jewelry, the duo grabbed a display with wedding clenades without hesitation, making themselves out of the dust. A theft that is more reminiscent of a slapstick comedy than a planned attack!

The action went quickly and chaotic: As soon as the two perpetrators were gone through the door with the prey, the rest of the gang left their questions behind and also looked for the width. But the incredible end of this story: The wedding rings in the display were nothing more than worthless dummies! Business owner Torsten Stark had to laugh when the truth became clear to him because the supposed rings had no real value. "We later saw the theft on the video recordings," explains Stark with a smile.

But that's not the first incident for the watchmaker. Before that, his business was the goal of a burglar who calmly put in everything he wanted - with unbroken serenity and without destruction! "He stayed in the shop for about an hour and took everything he could find," recalls. After this incident, he immediately invested in an improved security system to prevent such raids in the future.

For 125 years, the business of the strong family in Wismar now stands for quality and craft. Torsten Stark has been driving the business since 2012, but tradition goes back much further. In 1945 the family took over the business in today's Krämerstrasse.
