This is not just about new apartments and land, but about compliance with new environmental standards, which, according to a judgment of the Federal Administrative Court, became necessary in July 2023. Time is urged, because there are already houses on the construction areas that are partially sold!

The decision to check the development plans again has technical backgrounds. The court has made it clear that environmental exams for B plans are essential. These exams are crucial to evaluate the effects on the environment - from animals to plants to floors and water. In the case of the B-Plan 66, which affects the residential area west of the Voigdehäger Teich, it has already been found that ringing pigeons and blackbirds begin to breed early. This means that the construction site has to be cleared by January!

What is the result in the construction areas?

in Knieper West, directly at the airfield, the exclusive Stralsund villa park is being built. 20 luxurious houses are built here, which are between 122 and 204 square meters. The prices for these dream properties start at a whopping 515,000 euros and can rise up to 785,000 euros! The demand is high, because some apartments and villas have already been sold, but there are still many options for buyers with deep pockets.

In the rural Voigdehagen, five plots of land are available for sale, four of which are still available. These plots, which are between 1,045 and 1,310 square meters in size, cost between 174,000 and 217,000 euros. The square meter price is between 165 and 180 euros. These new construction areas not only promise living space, but also a harmonious integration into the environment that is supposed to strengthen the Voigdehagen district.
