Musical duo inspires Carlower with cheerful chansons about love lies

Carlow, Deutschland - Carmen Buck and Klaus Bergmann, a musical duo that has conquered the stages for over two decades, recently delighted the audience in the rectory of Carlow with a lively chanson evening. The two artists who have a long history presented 20 songs, including nine, who made their debut. Her happy and frivolous texts about "love lies" created an exuberant mood and entertained the audience for 90 minutes.

The roots of their collaboration go back to school when Carmen Buck went to fifth grade and was funded by Klaus Bergmann, her music teacher. "Our duo name 'Mr. Bergmann and Carmen Buck' is no accident," said Bergmann. He supported Buck in various musical projects, which led to her career today as a singer. After a detour about studying and working as a music teacher in Mölln, Buck in 2010 finally found her way back to music when she and Bergmann discovered the world of chansons for herself.

The 68-year-old miner and the talented Buck, who lives in Schleswig-Holstein Seedorf, tours through northern Germany up to ten times a year. "For 15 years I have been singing Chanson, who alternately write Klaus and I or rewrite from well -known interpreters," says Buck. Their appearances are not only musically, but also emotionally - they hit the nerve of the audience and bring joy and cheerfulness into the hearts of the listeners.
