Azubi in court: Polenböller for New Year's Eve - punishment or happiness?

A 22-year-old trainee from Neubrandenburg is the focus of an explosive court case! The young man wanted to celebrate the turn of the year with a spectacular fireworks from Poland, but his decision led him directly to the district court. He is accused of violating the Sprensing Act after ordering a package with over 600 Polenböllers.

The story takes an unexpected turn: Although the trainee had broken off its order shortly before payment, the huge package ended up in a parcel center in Thuringia in late summer 2022. The security authorities discovered the dangerous fireworks that may not be used without special qualifications. The prosecutor warned of the dubious dealers who attract German customers with professionally designed websites.

A surprising judgment

It turned out in the court that the trainee had actually not made any payment for the firecrackers. "Why should the poles send the firecrackers if they didn't get any money?" Asked the prosecutor. The defendant winced his shoulders and referred to his bank statements, which showed no suspicious payments. The judge was impressed by his repentite impression and hired the procedure for "little fault".

In the end, the young man was able to go out of the courtroom with an apprenticeship for life and a small consolation: the 600 euros of the criminal order was refunded. But the Polenböller? They were destroyed professionally! And for the New Year's Eve, he preferred to "get at the Lidl" - more expensive, but safer!
