Magical weekends: Festival of Illusions in Sindelfingen!
The 26th Festival of Illusions took place in Sindelfingen and offered a varied program that captivated numerous spectators. Various magicians from Germany and abroad performed from 5th to January 7th. The ticket sale started in advance, and the event took place in the Sindelfinger Stadthalle, Schillerstraße 23.
Marcel Kösling, magician and cabaret artist from Hamburg, took over the moderation of the festival and provided a good atmosphere in the hall with humorous anecdotes. Among other things, he told about an overnight stay in an inn in Weil der Stadt, where he collected some memories. Kösling, who taught himself the flute as a student, confirmed his passion for magic, even if he does not master the guitar, but knows some magic tricks.

The event not only attracted the audience, but also renowned artists. Among the guests was “The Magic Man” Willi Auerbach, reigning German runner-up in large-fashioned illusions, which is represented by Germany at the magic World Cup in South Korea. Samuel Goldmann, the reigning German master of manipulation, also performed. The French group Les Chapeaux Blancs also performed their famous black theater.
Eberhard Riese, President of the Magic Circle of Germany, organized the Show and ensured that the program corresponded to international criteria. Another highlight of the festival was a non -public magic congress in which between 500 and 600 magicians from Europe. This congress offered a platform for a magical flea market, dealer fairs and specialist seminars that should deepen the specialist knowledge and art of magic.
The show times were set: On Friday, January 5, and Saturday, January 6th, the program began at 8 p.m., while on Sunday, January 7th, the performance took place at 3 p.m. The ticket prices started at 20 euros and were available both online and by phone.
The festival of illusions in Sindelfingen not only enabled great entertainment, but also the exchange among experts. The city consolidated this event as an important location for magic and illusions, which demonstrated the wide range of performances and the commitment of the organizers.
