Heumarkt, Köln, Deutschland - In Cologne, electromobility is very important! From now on, e-car drivers in the city center of Cologne can charge their vehicles at two new locations. The operator "Contipark" has installed a total of 63 brand new charging stations in the underground garages in Schildergasse and Heumarkt. And that's just the beginning! The new charging stations are equipped with an impressive charging capacity of up to 22 kilowatts, which means that the charging duration for an electric car is only about three to four hours. The prices for the electricity start at fair 54 cents per kilowatt hour. And the best? Users can pay directly at the stations - without a contract!

The electricity for these charging stations comes exclusively from regenerative energy sources. “Contipark” thus sets a strong sign for the mobility turning point and actively contributes to the promotion of environmentally friendly technologies. In order to celebrate the start of the charging stations, the operator offers all users of the Heumarkt car park from 18 to November 18 to 25 November.
