A shocking incident shook the Schaffhausen region in Switzerland when a 50-year-old man stormed into a health insurance branch on Monday with a ongoing chainsaw and injured two employees. The attacker, who is supposed to be mentally conspicuous, is sought internationally, while the police in Germany are involved in the search in the border area.
