The second and third graders of the Bad Vilbel schools were full of anticipation when the winners of the »2. Bad Vilbeler Bücherlöwen-Cup «. From July to November, the young readers had diligently devoured books and now they were waiting for the awards. The event, organized by the Lions Club Bad Vilbel-Wasserburg and the city library, became the true festival of reading pleasure!
Suitable for the nationwide reading day, the motto of which was "read out the future", the well -known Frankfurt illustrator and author Anke Kuhl took over the reading. With her award -winning books, including the excellent work "All family!", She captivated the children and provided enthusiastic trains. Mayor Sebastian Wysocki, Lions President Anja Mehmel and the humorous moderator Dennis di Rienzo were also present, while Leo Bücherlöwe, the star of the event, conquered the hearts of the children in the storm.
