Blitzer-alarm on the A5: where you have to drive carefully on November 7th, 2024!
Attention, drivers! On November 7th, 2024, flashes on the A5 motorway! Mobile speed monitoring is active and there are three locations where racers have to be careful. If you don't stick to the speed limits, you could quickly fall into the trap!
The first lightning spots are located in the Wetteraukreis in Hesse, especially in Ober-Mörlen, where a speed camera was registered at 1:05 p.m. Here it is important to keep the speed limit of 90 km/h! But it is also serious in Baden-Württemberg: it has flashed since 11:45 a.m. at Neuchâtel am Rhein / Steinenstadt, and 120 km / h is allowed here. And not to forget that it flashes in Walldorf (Groß-Gerau district) in a 10 km/h zone, registered at 2:06 p.m. If you drive too quickly here, you have to expect sensitive punishments!
Raser Attention: Dreat fines!
The Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) in Germany does not allow any exceptions. Speed overruns are punished hard! The fines can quickly shoot up, and driving bans are also possible. Anyone who thinks that they could get away with a little exceeding is extremely wrong! At speeds under 100 km/h, 3 km/h are usually removed, at higher speeds it is even 3 percent of the measured value. So, better be careful!
The A5, one of the most important motorways in Germany, extends over 440 km from north to south and leads through Hesse and Baden-Württemberg to the Swiss border. If you are on the go, you should always adhere to the speed limits in order to get to your destination safely and without fine. Stay vigilant and drive safely!
