The campaign took place in the auditorium of the Sparkasse Oberhessen and was aimed at the employees of the district administration. "No matter whether serious injury, great operation or chronic anemia - everyone can rely on a blood donation in the course of their lives," said the district administrator. Markus Hildebrand, speaker of the DRK blood donation service, was pleased with the high willingness to donate in the region. "The willingness to donate is particularly high in rural areas, because we are dependent on every single donation," he added.
