Important information for gas customers: Read meter readings yourself until December!

The Main-Kinzig network services face a challenge: You cannot read all of the customers meter readings! An important action will therefore be started in the coming weeks to ensure that every household reports its gas consumption correctly.

Customers who cannot be visited by an employee of LFI GmbH, a subcontractor of Main-Kinzig network services, receive reading boxes in their mailboxes. These households are asked to read their gas meter state itself by mid -December at the latest and either inform them by returning the card or simply via the website www.mainzignetzdienste.de. The punctual message is crucial, because the meter state forms the basis for the calculation of the annual consumption, which is then passed on to the respective gas suppliers.

For all customers who do not receive a read card, there is a personal solution: an employee of LFI GmbH will visit you directly to read the meter readings. This measure ensures that nobody will be forgotten and that all households can make their contribution to the exact consumption determination.
