Attention hiking fans: Alzenau discovers on November 17th!

An exciting hiking adventure is imminent! The monthly migration of the Schöllkrippen Spessartbund will take place on November 17th - and now on a Sunday! Hiking guide H. Schönborn is ready to accompany the nature lovers on an exciting tour. At 1 p.m. all interested parties meet at the train station in Schöllkrippen to take the train to Alzenau. There it goes along the picturesque Krebsbach valley, where the participants go in search of forgotten castles and mysterious ice webs. The hike promises to become a real experience with a period of around 1.5 to 2 hours and simple to medium conditions. To the crowning glory, a stop in the popular cafe is planned centrally!

Advent celebration and monthly meeting

Another highlight is on the program on November 29: The monthly meeting with Advent celebration! The cozy Rodberghütte is celebrated from 4 p.m. Members are invited to bring Christmas pastries and festive delicacies. Advent is heralded together with candlelight and Christmas delicacies on the crackling fire. The monthly meeting begins at 6 p.m., in which the club's internal news is discussed. The culture is also not neglected: poems are presented and finally everyone sings the “Spessartbundlied”.

A look into the future: On December 19, the annual ceremony of the elderly will take place in the Lukaskapelle, followed by a social afternoon in Cafe Denk.
