The ex-administration leader, who was sentenced to a prison sentence at the end of 2022, must give up his freedom for the time being due to an incident in which he supposedly threatened someone on a fun fair.

The Mayor of Jossgrund, Victor Röder (SPD), confirmed that the ex-mayor's freelancer status was withdrawn. He was informed of this decision by a message from the prison in Hünfeld. Details on the new allegations are still unclear, since Röder has so far received no information from the files or from the lawyer of the ex-mayor. The Fulda public prosecutor's office has already confirmed the investigation against a non -named mayor from the region.

The ex-mayor, who served as a non-party mayor of Kalbach from 2014 to 2020, had betrayed a demented pensioner by 34,000 euros.
