Gallasiniring 8-10, 36037 Fulda, Deutschland - drama in Fulda! During construction work on Gallasiniring, a sharp flying bomb from the Second World War was discovered on Wednesday afternoon. This explosive surprise leads to an urgent evacuation order for the residents within a radius of 300 meters, which must leave their apartments by 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 7th!

The ordnance clearing service reacted immediately and cordoned off the site. However, there is currently no danger for the surrounding residents. The bomb is to be defused in the course of Thursday - an operation that is associated with great inconvenience for all residents. The exact duration of the measure remains unknown, but the city of Fulda hopes that the residents can return to their houses late afternoon

The Zeeher Süd (Dingelstedtstraße 12) community center is available as a temporary care center for the evacuated residents. There are only limited parking facilities, and pets are unfortunately not allowed. If you need support for the evacuation, you can contact the citizens' phone at 0661/102-3344 from 7 a.m. There are also changes for schools: The presence lessons at the Cuno-Raabe School are exposed, but emergency care is located in the nearby children's academy (Mehlerstraße 8). The hat and treasure island of the daycare centers are also closed, but emergency care is offered, which parents are informed about in the facility.
