This hero of the Second World War decrypt the secret radio sayings of the notorious Enigma with its groundbreaking machine development. But instead of being celebrated for his heroic deeds, he was put into prison for his homosexuality!

On Monday, November 4th, at 8 p.m., the question is raised in the Fulda Schlosstheater: Was Alan Turing a person or rather a machine, a criminal or a war hero? The production of the Kulturbühne Spagat Munich brings crucial moments from Turing's moving life on stage. A specially designed dialogue partner - an impressive music machine - will not only deliver the background music, but also act as an interactive part of the stage design. This innovative installation will impressively stage the dramatic history of Turing's visionary striving for artificial intelligence.
