In a dramatic arrest, civil police officers from the police commissioner 38 in Hamburg-Farmsen-Berne on November 12, 2024, all Georgian citizens, temporarily arrested. These are suspected of being part of a well -organized gang of thieves who has professionally committed thefts. The scenery was like a thriller: the men wore full shopping bags filled with the underground station and handed over one accomplice.

A quick intervention by the police, however, put an end to this hustle and bustle. The men stormed back into a discounter on the Ivo Hauptmann-Ring with goods worth almost 800 euros. While two of them silently looted the shelves, a third waited at the door and opened their access to disappear from the market unnoticed. The police forces of the police stepped in at lightning speed and start any attempts to escape the suspects. The four men, aged 27, 40, 47 and 51, were arrested immediately. In their possession, the officials not only found alcohol, but also a wide variety of articles in daily needs, all of which were captured in the illegal way. The goods were later returned to the responsible branch manager.

Within a few hours, the crime service (LKA 26) took over the first investigation. It turned out that all four men are already known to the police and now had to answer to a judge.
