A huge cost debacle shakes the construction of the Autobahn 26 in Germany! The connection from Neu Wulmstorf to the A7, a section of only 8.7 kilometers long, is not only completed two years later than planned, but the costs also explode to an incredible 786 million euros! The alarming news came to light through a “small request” by CDU MP André Trepoli and Richard Seelmaecker to the Hamburg Senate. 37 Questions about the causes of the delays and the sudden increased costs remained largely unanswered.
