On the fourth Sunday of Advent, the Marienthal family of Lück transformed their sheepfold into a festive place for the event "Christmas in the Schafstall". The children of the local parish delighted the spectators with their nativity play "The Mice of Bethlehem", which was musically framed by the Kolping Chapel Rockenhausen and the "Stubenmusik of the Kirchheimbolander Trachten- und Folkstanzgruppe". This tradition, which has existed since 2016, is now an integral part of the regional advent calendar and attracted not only families from Marienthal, but also residents of the “Haus Emma” retirement home, which enjoyed the performance in hot drinks and fire tonnes, reported Rheinpfalz .
