Bicycle pass fake: Freecal in court for falsification of documents!

Dippoldiswalde. In February 2024 he wanted to pick up a bike at the Freital-Dippoldiswalde police station and presented a bicycle pass. But the police were skeptical. Signs of falsification were obvious, and a demand from the alleged seller confirmed the doubts.

The public prosecutor is convinced: The accused tried to get a bike secured by the police with a fake passport. This bike has been in police hands since May 2021, and the real owner remained unknown. The accused claimed to have bought the "Haibike" bike in 2021 from "Bike Point" in Dresden-Plauen. But the passport, which contains important information like a passport, looked anything but real. The police refused to surrender the wheel.

Falsification by various pens exposes!

A 27-year-old chief commissioner, who interviewed the accused at the time, stated: "The document was obviously falsified. Different pens were used-some data were black, the signature blue." He also knew from his experience that the bicycle shop does not have the "Haibike" brand in its range. A call to the "Bike Point" confirmed the fake: "The bicycle pass was never issued by us." The accused stated that they only received the passport and no bill, which is unusual when buying a bike.

The bike has disappeared!

Especially spicy: The Haibike that the accused wanted to pick up is no longer with the police! "Apparently it could be assigned to someone," said the policeman. The Freecal was visibly annoyed and noted that he would have liked to pick up the wheel earlier because he had only recently been released from prison. In order to ask the alleged exhibitor of the bicycle pass, the judge started a continuation date for the process: on November 27th it will continue!
