Edeka Adler: New post office brings a breath of fresh air to Lübeck!
Lübeck. A new hotspot for postal affairs opened at the Hansering! The Edeka market Adler attracts people like a magnet. On October 22, the brand new post office opened its doors, and long lines, especially from older customers who rely on the postal and lottery service. The residents had to do without a post office for four months - now the relief is noticeable!
The owner, Stephanie Adler (39), organized a conversion of the cash register area in record time to open the post office. "I don't do this for us, but for the district," she emphasizes, while preparing for the upcoming Christmas shops. The concern for long queues is real, but the anticipation for the new service outweighs. "Stay calm and concentrate on the respective customer," advises Sigrid Weinert, who got the idea for the post office rolling.
Positive response to the post office in the edeka
The response is overwhelming! "We get a little back, customers are very happy about the new post office," reports Adler. Market manager Marleen Jäger noticed that customers at Swiss Post are more patient than at the supermarket fund. This shows how important this service is for the community! From December 1st, an additional employee will support the post office counter to cope with the increasing demand. The new post office, led by Lukas Jensen, steps in big footsteps - the previous post office had years of experience. A real win for Lübeck!
