The provider received the highest points for the friendliness and response quality of his employees. The "three" brand is also increasingly perceived, with an increase in the number of points in this category from 113 to 122. The increase in the recommendation rate, which grew from 145 to 161 points, is particularly noteworthy. "These results show that we are successful with our strategy of focusing on our business customers," said Günter Lischka, Chief Commercial Officer from "Drei".
