The first tenant installs the balcony power plant in Weiden - a step to the energy transition!

Weiden, Deutschland - pasture. A revolutionary step in energy supply! Jan Weiss, the first tenant of Stadtbau GmbH Weiden, installed a balcony power plant and thus heralded the future of electricity consumption.

Weiss put his innovative solar system into operation in the iconic star houses of Weiden-Mooslohe. As a convinced supporter of renewable energies and member of the ÖDP, he took the opportunity to offer the new solar package 1 of the federal government. This enables households to produce up to 800 kWp of electricity with plug -in solar devices and to consume themselves. A real profit for the environment and the wallet!

simplicity of implementation

The installation was a child's play! After a positive feedback from Stadtbau Weiden GmbH, Weiss started planning. Together they found a solution for the attachment of the solar cells on the 7th floor of Tulpenstrasse. Thanks to a specialist company, the balcony power plant was installed safely and stably. Since the beginning of November, Weiss has benefited from excellent power yield, which is favored by the optimal sunny situation of his apartment. He not only saves money, but also makes an active contribution to environmentally friendly energy supply.

smoothly and legally covered

"I am very pleased that everything works so easily now," says Weiss enthusiastically. The legal formalities were a noise: "The registration of the solar system in the market master data register was done in just 5 minutes." This step is crucial for the legal operation of a balcony power plant in Germany and ensures that the energy gained can be fed into the network without any problems.

Jan Weiss is a pioneer in the Weiden city building and shows that sustainable energy generation is also possible in tenancy. His example could inspire many other tenants to also discover and use the advantages of renewable energies.
