Gmünd lites: 24 creative windows bring advent magic!

Gmünd, Österreich - In Gmünd, Advent is celebrated in a very special way! The health house again shines as a festive Advent calendar with 24 artistically decorated windows, which were designed by talented students from the Gmünd high school. These windows are to be unveiled daily from December 1 to 24 and thus offer a new, festive surprise every day. Numerous guests were present at the festive opening, including prominent guests of honor such as Federal Councilor Margit Göll and Mayor Helga Rosenmayer. Michael Traxler, the managing director of the health house, led through the event and ensured the musical accompaniment by the students, such as noen.at reported.

The windows of the former high school in the old town are brought to life thanks to the creative project work of the 34 students of the 6th and 8th grade. Under the direction of Michael Traxler and her art teachers Susanne Gobl and Elisabeth Utz, the students have developed fantastic pictures with a lot of motivation that reflect the spiritual spirit of the Advent season. In particular, the motifs of the three Advent Sundays and the festive representations in the church-side windows should enchant visitors, as well as Bgggmuend.acend.at This creative initiative combines art and community spirit and brings the population together to celebrate the contemplative time.
