In an exciting turn for the Asklepios Clinic Uckermark in Schwedt, Dr. med. Sigrid Laukenmann took over the medical management of the central emergency room (ZNA)! This key position is crucial for emergency care and after a long search, the hospital now has an experienced specialist on board. Managing Director Torsten Jörres is pleased about the newcomer: "The structural guidelines for emergency rooms have been increasing continuously for years. We have been looking for a suitable candidate for a long time and are now very happy to have won such an experienced and professionally experienced colleague with Ms. Laukenmann."

The 48-year-old Sigrid Laukenmann brings an impressive career. As a specialist in orthopedics and trauma surgery, she not only has additional further training in clinical acute and emergency medicine, but also extensive experience, which she recently gained as a senior senior physician in the Hellersen sports clinic. Her decision to come to Schwedt was clear: "Here I have the chance to reorganize and develop the clinic's emergency care. That was an important reason for me to choose Schwedt," she explains full of enthusiasm.
