Flag campaign in Prenzlau: Together against violence on women!

On Monday, November 25, 2024, the international day of action and commemoration against violence in Prenzlau will be celebrated with an impressive flag campaign. At 1 p.m., the flag "Live freely without violence" is ceremoniously raised on the courtyard of the district administration. This is not just a symbolic act, but a strong sign against violence that women suffer worldwide.

The city of Prenzlau and the district invite all citizens to participate in this important event. District Administrator Karina Dörk will open the day of the campaign and, together with other representatives of the municipality, will hoist the flag. Following the ceremony, there is the opportunity to exchange thoughts in the foyer of the plenary hall and to find out about the topic of partnership.
